Interfaith Meditation & Discussion Group
IMDG is a non-authoritarian, nurturing community of people who meet weekly for meditation/discussion. We say "Interfaith" as we celebrate and learn from one another’s specific spiritual paths. All are welcome regardless of age, race, sexual identity, creed, religion, lack of religion, tattoos, piercings, malas, saris, suits, ties and everything in between. Beginning in March with the warm weather, we meet every Sunday from 11:00am- 12:00pm(ish) at The Sanctuary at Shepardfields- 59 Bogel Rd, East Haddam, CT 06423.
