Bolero Nights Farm Dinner

Food and Music Inspired by Latin Culture

Join us for a farm dinner at the Sanctuary land trust featuring three courses of Andean cuisine prepared by Carlos Luis Suarez, Colombian-born sommelier, chef and spiritual healer, using all local, organic food. Carlos Luis Suarez has traveled the world gathering recipes and unique culinary experiences and will be creating a very special experience combining flavors and concepts from the Andean cultures of South America.

Bolero, Music of the Andes

This fresh, handcrafted dinner will be accompanied by live Bolero Music performed by Teo Suarez and Pablo Muñoz. Bolero is the quintessential Latin American romantic music of the twentieth century and you will get to experience this beautiful, powerful music performed live by two young gifted musician-composers who bring fresh energy and inspiration to songs deeply ingrained in their hearts. Teo and Pablo, both from Colombia, grew up listening to Bolero, and are now deep in their musical education at Berkeley College of Music.
