Carlos Luis Suarez has traveled the world gathering recipes and unique culinary experiences and will be creating a very special experience combining flavors and concepts from the Andean cultures of South America.

This fresh, handcrafted dinner will be accompanied by live Bolero Music performed by Teo Suarez and Pablo Muñoz. Bolero is the quintessential Latin American romantic music of the twentieth century and you will get to experience this beautiful, powerful music performed live by two young gifted musician-composers who bring fresh energy and inspiration to songs deeply ingrained in their hearts.
